AISsystems specialises in the manufacture of multimedia kiosks. AISsystems has several standard models at its disposal, which have been created by our experts in order to fulfil the requirements with maximum results. AISsystems can also create kiosks that differ from the standard models, in response to your special requirements and designs. There are 6 phases:

1° phase: you provide the guidelines and technical specifications of the multimedia kiosk that you want us to create in order to achieve your objectives. The engineers from AISsystems can create the technical designs for you if you do not have your own.

2° phase: On special request, AISsystems can create a preliminary prototype. Unlike the metal construction of a multimedia kiosk, a plastic kiosk requires a metal mould and additional equipment to cast it, so it has an initial fixed cost that is independent of the number of kiosks you wish to purchase.

3° phase: Manufacturing of multimedia kiosks. The interactive information points are manufactured in steel, INOX steel, ABS or gertex, perhaps with parts in wood or shatterproof glass. The kiosks are divided into compartments with lockable doors. A frame for the monitor, a reinforced base and a frame for the touch screen (if applicable) ensure robustness. After being treated with anti-oxidant products, the kiosks are painted in the RAL colours specified by the client.

4° phase: Integration of the electrical and mechanical parts. Loudspeaker housing with 160W speakers provides excellent sound quality. 220V ventilators with filters. Internally, there is an electrical circuit with a thermomagnetic circuit breaker, sockets and fuse. An internal keyboard is also supplied as standard. Other components can be freely selected by our client.

5° phase: After being created by AISsystems, the software, if requested, will be installed and tested, .

6° phase: Testing, packaging, shipment, installation. All our kiosks are assembled using certified products and all integrated components are CE.
